District Leprosy Control Society Fighting effectively against the scourge of this dreaded disease, detection of and giving medical treatment to all persons inflicted with this disease and to promote preventing aspects. Reproductive Child Health Improving the reproductive (both male & female) and child health through package of services covering, (a) for mothers - registration of all pregnancies, at least 2 (two) doses of T.T. Immunisation, treatment of anaemia,three antinatal check-ups, and referral unit (FRU) for emergency obstetric care.(b) For children - essentially new born care, DOT, BCG, measles & polio Immunisation, vitamin "A" prophylaxis, ORT & treatment of ARI. (c) for general public within reproductive age group - promoting use of contraceptive method, service of MTP, prevention and management of RTIs/STIs and adoloscent care Dy.
