Nature of work
(Photocopy / Computer printing as per Govt Notification 3504 R, dated 13.12.2000)

1. Supply of certified copies of S.D.M's court, Electoral roll, Compensation cases, Certificate cases, Tribal offices, M.V. Cases, J.M. cases and other sections of Collectorate.
2. Supply of certified copy of Death and Birth Register is kept in the R.R.'s Godown (Block wise / Year wise)
3. Supply of R.S. Mouza Maps, Thana Maps, District Maps, etc. to other offices such as L.A., P.W.D., Railway, Irrigation etc. as and when required

The section maintains the following registers

1. Petition Register
2. Court Fee Register
3. Birth & Death Register
4. Consignment Register
5. Stock Register of Maps of each Mouza, Thana & District
6. Register (57, 57A)

To Obtain records...

Citizens interested in obtaining particular record, are required to apply on plain paper with due Court Fee, to the Dy. Collector, Record Room Section.
