This section deals with the payment of Compensation of the Perpetual Annuity cases (P.A. cases) concerning with Debottor and Pirottor of Vested Land under the provision of W.B.E.A. Act, 1953.

The amount of P.A. is based on amount so fixed by the Collector in the respective C.A. Rolls of debottor and Pirottor Land for maintaining the religious rituals and worship of the deity (Debota or Peer).
