ASSETS of the Zilla Parishad...
There are 11 functional charitable dispensaries under the Dakshin Dinajpur Zilla Parishad.Out of these, 9 are allopathic dispensaries and 2 are homeopathic dispensaries. These dispensaries offer free treatment
and medicines to poor rural patients.

Panchayat Press(Zilla Parishad)
The Dakshin Dinajpur Zilla Parishad owns a printing press, known as Panchayat press which situated within the Zilla Parishad office complex. The financial condition of the press is very sound.
Truck Terminus (Balupara at Hili)
The Zilla Parishad purchased a few acres of raiti land of Balupara under PS Hilli out of BADP funds, and constructed a well planned truck terminus for collecting haltage fees from the trucks parked at terminal, carrying goods to and from Bangladesh. The terminus has proved to be a profitable venture.
Dakbungalows
Presently, ther are two Zilla Parishad inspection bungalows situated at Balurghat and Gangarampur. The Balurghat inspection bungalow has 17 beds for public use on reservation at the rate of Rs 25/- per day per bed. Gangarampur Inspection bungalow has 3 beds available for reservation at the same rate.
Dakshin Dinajpur Bhavan
Dakshin Dinajpur Zilla Parishad has constructed Dakshin Dinajpur Bhavan at Block-EE, Plot no 6/1, Sector-II, Bidhan Nagar, Kolkata-91, at a cost of Rs 46,93,361/-(MPLAD-Rs 14,87,600/-, 10 FC Rs 19,46,531/-, 11 FC- Rs 12,59,230/-)

The booking reservations can be done from Balurghat and Kolkata. The Bhavan has also become a good source of income for the Dakshin Dinajpur Zilla Parishad.
Brick Field
Dakshin Dinajpur Zilla Parishad has 2 brick fields at Noorpur under PS Banshihari and the other at Kumarganj (presently leased out). The Zilla Parishad purchase necessary bricks from the above brick fields for execution of schemes.
Shops and stalls
The Zilla Parishad owns 61 shops / vending stalls at Patiram, Gangarampur and Kushmandi. This stalls are rented out to the local business men and are earning handsome revenue.
